SLIMBRIDGE RALLY         17th to 20th June

Slimbridge Rally 2021 saw a mixture of weather but all things considered it was a very good weekend with twenty five attendees.

DELABOLE RALLY          9th to 11th  July

Abridged - Review by Don Rabson

A big thank you to Barry, Peter, Steve, James, Phil, Keith and Dave for coming along. We were graced with great weather, it only rained at night,
a good ride out, good food and great company, next year we should have the carnival
to entertain us, thanks to all for coming.

BLUE HILLS RALLY     23rd  to 26th September

Review by Keith Burt
A total of SEVEN riders attended the rally.
Phil, Don, Mike, Adrian, Keith, Rob, Jim
Three riders arrived at Blue Hills Touring Park, at about 16:00 hrs. direct from the September
Committee meeting at Taw River Inn. Phil, Don and Keith. The weather was good, and pitched up in the dry okay and put up the gazebo.
The weather was very changeable throughout the weekend, most of the rough stuff happened over
night though.
Friday morning Phil, Don and Keith, rode out to do a few Photo Challenge Points.
Mike and Adrian, had arrived and pitched up by the time they returned via the very scary back way
in :-)
Don had to leave on Saturday to attend a music gig, Phil, Mike and Keith rode out to do some more Photo Challenge points. Then back to base for a social in the gazebo.
Mike, Adrian and Rob, left to return home, Phil and Keith went off to do one more challenge point
CREMYLL FERRY. Keith needed to do a lot of catching up on these Photo Points. A big thank you to Phil for doing points several times to make sure Keith got some more done.
Jim had arrived and pitched up by the time they returned.
Phil and Keith walked into St Agnes, for a beer, joined later by Jim on his machine.
Sunday night all hell broke loose, horizontal rain and wind all night, Monday 07:30 hrs. Found the
gazebo up in the trees, no. serious damage though. Took that down and tried to dry it out best they could.
Phil and Keith went and looked at the other camp site with Jim (Pressingle Farm) then to Globe
Vale to book themselves in for “End of Season Rally” before going for a ride to Porthleven and
Helston. Monday evening made use of the “On Site Shelter” for comfort and to cook our evening
Tuesday morning was a bit wet and windy, but got the tents down, reasonably dry,
Phil, Jim and Keith, then set off to the next rally at Lynton.
All in All a very enjoyable few days, with plenty of riding the bikes into the bargain.
Thanks to Phil Sampson for all his hard work organising this event.
